Viva Membership Appreciation Gala, Sunday, Feb. 21
Once again Viva will be throwing a party and free concert in February for Viva members!!
The cost of admission is your 2010 annual membership fee. (If you already have your 2010 membership card – you get in free!)
The party will be on the grounds of St. Andrew’s Anglican Church in Riberas with a concert in the church by violin students of Chris Wilshere who will be competing in the violin competition in Guadalajara the following day. The party starts at 3.30 p.m. Come one, come all and bring a friend who would like to join us!
Bus trips to the Jalisco Philharmonic Orchestra
Some seats are still available for these trips: Please respond to this email right away indicating which concerts you wish to attend or call Marshall Krantz at 766-2834. Tickets are 200 pesos for members and 250 pesos for non members. We will arrange to have dinner at a good restaurant in Guadalajara before the Friday evening concerts.

Viva Fund Raiser
Viva sponsored the popular fundraiser show “Wink, wink, it’s Lip Synch” last weekend. The show raised 91,000 pesos. Half of this amount will go to the Viva Educational Grant Fund and half will go towards auditorium improvements.
